2. Formulating or reviewing the research essentially of the intellectual content.

3. Final approval of the final copy sent for publication.

The researchers participating in the research must fulfill all the conditions above. Funding research, data collection, or general supervision of the research group is considered insufficient for the researcher's name to be mentioned among the names of its participants. Accordingly, the contributors to the research who do not meet the aforementioned defining conditions can be added in thanks and appreciation. All researchers must agree to Their sequence before sending the research for publication (in the case of master's thesis extracts and doctoral theses preceding the name of the supervising student). A consensus is obtained before all researchers on the assignment of one researcher To be the researcher responsible for the correspondence, who will be responsible for arranging the entire research based on the requirements of the journal, as well as for the dialogue with the researchers participating in the evaluation and linguistic review phase, as well as working on their behalf.

The ethics policy of Adab Al-Rafidain magazine is based on guidelines issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) that are consistent with the code of conduct approved by the journal's editorial board. Therefore, readers, researchers, evaluators, and members of the editorial board must follow these ethical policies once working with the Journal of Adab Al-Rafidain, and the ethical policy approved by the journal is responsible for determining which type of research papers or scientific research submitted to the journal should be published.

The decision to publish in the Journal of Adab al-Rafidain is based on the recommendations of the evaluators and the opinion of the members of the journal editing committee. Based on the content presented confidentially, the scientific evaluator makes suggestions to researchers. To improve the quality of research and its quality with attached comments, researchers must ensure that their research submitted for publication is original research not published in a journal. If any plagiarism constitutes unethical publishing behavior, and this behavior is unacceptable, for information about publishing ethics, follow the following link:  https://radab.mosuljournals.com/journal/process?ethics

2-2: Research evaluation process:

To maintain the research evaluation system, researchers are obligated to participate in the evaluation process of scientific research also in the journal sent by other researchers, and the need and scarcity of specialization may prompt the authors to submit the names of an evaluator or a group of evaluators to the Editor-in-Chief; To refer the research submitted for publication therein to at least two or three evaluators, and the Journal of Adab al-Rafidain adopts a double-coverage review policy. Because the researchers do not know of those in charge of the evaluation at a time when the evaluators are also ignorant of the responsible researchers, and the research evaluation process is completed with the online research submission system, and after the research is sent, the system immediately notifies the chief editor of the journal to send a paper for publication in the journal,

After a preliminary examination of the research by the journal's expert and determining the extent of the research's commitment to the journal's publication terms and the percentage of scientific placement of the research, the research is referred to the editor-in-chief. To assign a member of the editorial board according to the specialization of the research to review the research and preliminary access to it, approve its topic, and determine the extent to which it meets certain criteria in addition to the feasibility of studying the topic, and the results and recommendations presented in this research, and this stage includes comments and online citations on the published research Two or more to conduct the research evaluation, and often three evaluators are identified,

After completing the evaluation process and receiving the scientific evaluation reports, the editor-in-chief decides on this research because the evaluators may sometimes not agree with each other about the research evaluation. Therefore, in exceptional cases, the research evaluation report may not reflect the final decision that the evaluator sent to the editor-in-chief, and this decision after each evaluation round is one of the following decisions:

 1. Acceptance of the research without any other changes.

2. Acceptance of the research with minor corrections; the research may be sent with the final correction to the evaluators To approve the repairs made by the researcher.

3. Accept the research with large corrections and send the research with the final correction to the evaluators. To approve and endorse repairs.
